We have a collection of tens of thousands of cars in the MoD and Chinese ones account for a tiny fraction.
However regardless of if you’re driving a Chinese car or a car from another country, what we’ve asked our people is not to plug MoD devices into their vehicle, not to have conversations at a secret level in any vehicle, because of the increasing risks of surveillance that are present in all automobile, to restrict those secret conversations in protected areas. That’s a wise and sensible thing for anyone worried about security.
